The series ‘Preace’ was originally my personal contribution to a collaboration project ‘Restmateriaal’. For which all 7 participants worked on photocopies of each others residue material lying around in their respective ateliers/studios. I decided to use these photocopies in a performative action, based on repetitive movements/visuals, created regardless of what was already depicted in the photocopies. So my contribution became a series and video on its own.
